Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank), a premier all-India financial institution, invites applications for 8 Officer positions on a contract basis. The available roles are in the Corporate Communications, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), and Infrastructure groups. Officer - Corporate Communications
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Qualification: Master's degree or PG Diploma in Communication/Journalism or related fields with at least 50% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in a corporate house, media, or PR agency.
Officer - ESG
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering OR Post Graduate in Management/Environmental Sciences with at least 50% marks.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in identifying environmental/social risks.
Officer - Infrastructure Group
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with at least 50% marks in a relevant stream.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in project management in sectors like Civil, Power, Roads, etc.
Remuneration & Contract
- CTC: Minimum CTC of ₹14.32 lakh per annum for a candidate with one year of experience, which increases based on experience.
- Contract Period: Initially for 3 years, extendable by another 2 years based on performance.
Selection Process
Shortlisting & Interview
- The selection will be through screening and shortlisting of applications, followed by a personal interview.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on the total marks secured in their qualifying degree examinations. The shortlisting ratio will be 1:10.
- Interviews will be conducted at the Bank's Head Office in Mumbai or in New Delhi.
